What you get

Care: Dishwasher safe. The print is sublimated into the glaze, so it does not peel.

Where your money goes

We keep no cut on top of the price. The whole amount is divided three ways, and shipping is charged separately at what the courier costs.

50% covers production
The factory's invoice for making and printing your item, including the tax the factory charges on that invoice. The factory is paid per order; nothing is made before you buy it.
35% goes to the project
Paid to the creator of the collection you bought from. It is their revenue, not a royalty we forward at our discretion.
15% goes to Unchained Lab
Running the platform, the payment rail and support. Out of it come the cost of converting crypto into money, the fees on moving it to a bank, and replacing anything that arrives faulty.

Shipping is added separately and charged at what the courier bills us, the tax on it included, with no margin. Import duty, where a parcel crosses a border, is collected by the courier on delivery and never by us.

Before you buy

Made to order: Nothing is printed until you buy it, and it is made at the factory nearest your delivery address. Production takes a few days before the courier is even handed the parcel.
Shipping at cost: You pay what the courier charges us, the tax on it included, rounded up to the nearest ,90. We take no margin on delivery, which is why a second item of the same kind adds so little.
Import duty is yours and is not ours: If your parcel crosses a customs border, the courier collects duty and local tax on delivery. We estimate it at checkout from published rates so you see it before you pay, but we never collect it, never receive it, and cannot refund it.
Personalised items are exempt from the withdrawal right: Each piece is printed with a design chosen for your order, so it falls under the exemption for customised goods (Art. 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). That does not touch your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described: open a ticket and we replace it at our cost, postage included.
The designs are the creators': Collections are launched by independent projects who upload their own artwork and confirm they hold the rights to it. Unchained Lab prints and ships; it does not own, endorse or vet the projects behind the designs, and a collection is removed on a credible rights complaint.
The price is final and carries no VAT: What you see is what you pay, and it is not a price with tax added or included on top. Unchained Lab is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on the sale and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. Import duty, where your parcel crosses a border, is a separate matter and is collected by the courier.
Crypto payments are final: Payments settle on-chain and cannot be reversed by us, by you or by your wallet. The amount is fixed at a rate the checkout holds for ten minutes and shows you counting down, so what you send is the price and not an approximation of it. That is why a problem with an order is put right by replacing the item rather than by moving money back.
