Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unchainedlab.net (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by UnchainedLab ("we", "us", or "Operator"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. What the Service is

UnchainedLab is a crypto-native merch launchpad. Project owners ("Creators") launch merch collections by paying a listing fee in cryptocurrency (currently $7 equivalent). Customers ("Buyers") purchase products using supported cryptocurrencies. Physical merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party manufacturer.

3. Wallet ownership and transactions

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and seed phrases. We never have custody of your keys and cannot recover them if lost.
• You represent that any wallet you connect to the Service is owned and controlled by you.
• On-chain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast, we cannot reverse it. Refunds, if any, are processed on-chain in accordance with the Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for all gas fees, network fees and any taxes applicable to your transactions.

4. Supported payment methods

We currently accept payment in ETH, USDC, USDT and PEPU on Ethereum mainnet, and SOL, USDC and USDT on Solana mainnet. Prices are denominated in U.S. dollars and converted to the chosen cryptocurrency at quote time using a live price feed. Stablecoins (USDC, USDT) are treated as 1:1 with USD.

5. Revenue split and disclosures

Each purchase is split as follows:

• 50% production and operational costs
• 35% Creator (project owner) share, escrowed on-chain
• 15% platform fee

Percentages may be adjusted to cover production or operational costs. The 35% Creator share is held in an on-chain escrow at 0x7bebb25be0d4a0a1eaf14392404a24a29e61c42d (Ethereum) until the Operator confirms delivery, after which it is released to the Creator.

6. No warranty on fulfillment

Production and shipping of physical merchandise are performed by a third-party manufacturer. While we work to ensure timely fulfillment, we provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the actions or omissions of the manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload artwork or content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
• Use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions or finance terrorism, or for any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its smart contracts, or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or project, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
• Attempt to manipulate listing fees, escrow releases, or refund processes.

8. Creator content and IP

Creators retain ownership of artwork they upload. By uploading content, Creators grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce on physical merchandise, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service and fulfill orders. Creators represent and warrant that they own or have all necessary rights to the content they upload.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove collections, or refuse listings at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have:

• Breached these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
• Engaged in fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful activity.
• Uploaded content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
• Created a risk to the Service, other users, or our manufacturing partners.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@unchainedlab.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, any remaining dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered under the rules of a recognised arbitral institution in the Operator's jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Operator's jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or by email (where you have provided one). Continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
